In the United States, Flux services are provided by BrightX US Inc., a Colorado corporation with entity ID 20261726283. BrightX US Inc. is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (MSB) under registration number 31000333282508, permitting it to provide regulated money services, including dealing in foreign exchange, money transmission, and selling of money orders. Through these registrations, BrightX US Inc. is positioned to provide crypto asset services and global payment services in accordance with U.S. federal regulatory requirements. Its principal office is located at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States.

Both Montezy Inc. and BrightX US Inc. are wholly owned by BrightX LTD., a Cayman Islands exempted company (CR-435478).
