Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in, or a tax resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or where US securities cannot lawfully be offered to retail clients.

Accounts are personal. You may not create more than one FLUX account, and you may not let anyone else use yours.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before you can deposit, withdraw or trade. We collect your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, government ID number and a photo of the ID document. Submission of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

FLUX itself is not a broker-dealer. Securities orders are routed to Tiger Brokers, a regulated brokerage. Tiger executes the trade and is the legal counterparty to your order.

Only spot orders are supported — market and limit. FLUX does not offer margin, leverage, options, futures, or short-selling.

We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve manipulation, abuse, regulatory risk or threaten the integrity of the market or the Service.

Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in USDT or USDC on supported networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, TRON, Solana). Other assets are not accepted.

Custody of digital assets is performed by a licensed custody partner using a multi-party-computation (MPC) security model. FLUX never holds or has access to your private keys, and there is no facility to export private keys or seed phrases.

Withdrawals are reviewed by the custody provider. Small withdrawals may be auto-approved; larger withdrawals may require manual review. Submitted withdrawals cannot be cancelled by the user once accepted by the custody provider.

FLUX does not charge a platform commission on trades. You pay only the broker's quoted spread on stock orders and the on-chain network gas fee for crypto deposits and withdrawals.

Fees and limits may change. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this site at least 14 days before they take effect.

You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. A six-digit transaction password is required for all financial actions. Never share your transaction password or login credentials.

We log device, IP and browser metadata for the most recent 30 sign-in events and notify you by email of new-device sign-ins, unusual locations and password changes.

You may close your account at any time through the in-app deletion flow, after first reducing all balances, holdings and pending orders to zero. Closure is confirmed by an email verification code and is final — there is no cooling-off period.

We may close, suspend or restrict your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or our Risk Disclosure.

Trading securities involves risk, including the loss of your entire invested principal. The value of US stocks and stablecoins may go down as well as up. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FLUX disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, lost profits or trading opportunities.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
